Handling CRM & Other Software Products

  • Looking for Experience Candidate with Relevant Experience. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Able to set higher targets, achieving them to contribute to the company\'s growth.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective)
  • Report to the Marketing Head on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Carry out Competition analysis and suggest new products and services at competitive pricing.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Ability to work with Powerpoints.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing services
  • Knowledge and understanding Mobile Apps, Websites, Portals , ERP technologies.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

 

Responsibilities

Need to generate own leads through different channels and Leads Given by Company and convert to New Clients

Need to identify new business leads on a Daily basis for new business

Co-ordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities.

Need to Sell our digital Web Hosting, Public Cloud Offerings, Dedicated Servers, VPS, Video Streaming Solution,IPTV Solution etc.

Should have knowledge on Digital Marketing

Should have knowledge in dealing with clients through email, phone call, chat etc.

Must be able to achieve monthly targets.

Qualifications

Must be a Graduate in the Computer field
