The Technical Support  Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

 

Responsibilities

1. Attend daily customer calls, tickets, and e-mails and provide them with required assistance

2. Send mail replies to customers

3. Attend to customer queries and provide assistance

4. Coordinate with the internal team to provide updates to the customer.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Graduate

• Looking for confident candidates with positive energy and enthusiasm

• Should have excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  1. Cpanel, Linux ,  Plesk
  2. Network Architecture
  3. Cloud Architecture
  4. Understanding of SSL protocols
  5. Working of Domain Name Service.
