Refund Policy

• Refund applies to hosting fees only
• Domain registration fees are non-refundable
• Add-on services (SSL, backup, etc.) may be partially refundable
• Renewals are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee
• Accounts terminated for terms of service violations are not eligible

• Domain registrations cannot be reversed once completed with the registry
• Domain transfers include a 1-year renewal which is non-refundable
• Failed domain transfers due to incorrect EPP code may be retried at no additional cost
• WHOIS privacy protection is refundable if cancelled within 7 days

• Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of activation
• Accounts with excessive usage may not be eligible
• Monthly plans are fully refundable within the period
• Annual plans receive a prorated refund after 7 days

• All sales on the domain marketplace are final
• Buyers should verify domain details before purchase
• Disputes between buyers and sellers are handled case-by-case
• Platform fees are non-refundable

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Credit Balance: Refunds may be issued as account credit upon request
• Original Payment Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method
• Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 days may be required for bank processing
• Currency: Refunds are issued in the original payment currency

1. Log in to your customer portal at netspaceindia.com
2. Navigate to Support and create a new ticket
3. Select "Billing" as the department
4. Provide your order/invoice number and reason for refund
5. Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
