By accessing or using Netspace India's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Netspace India provides the following services:

• Web Hosting (Linux and Windows shared hosting, reseller hosting)
• Domain Registration and Transfer
• Domain Marketplace for buying and selling domains
• VPN Services
• Cybersecurity Solutions
• Email Services
• SSL Certificates

• All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required before service activation
• We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and PayPal
• Recurring services will be billed according to the selected billing cycle
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates any laws
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Harassment, defamation, or hate speech
• Unauthorized access to other systems or networks
• Cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission
• Activities that could harm our infrastructure or other customers

• We strive for 99.9% uptime for all hosting services
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• Support is available 24/7 through our ticket system
• Critical issues receive priority response within 1 hour
• Regular backups are performed, but customers should maintain their own backups

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay for services
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Provide false information during registration or KYC
• Abuse our support system or staff

Upon termination, you may lose access to your data. We recommend regular backups.

Netspace India shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• Actions of third parties or other customers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
